Frequently asked questions
Which numbers are included?
The Spanish range from +34 400 000 000 to +34 400 999 999. When enabled, the entire range is filtered; it may include legitimate commercial calls.
Does Stop 400 identify scams or spam?
No. A prefix alone cannot determine whether a particular call is fraudulent or unwanted. Stop 400 does not classify or verify individual calls.
Does it affect WhatsApp, FaceTime or SMS?
No. The iOS extension is for phone calls in the configured range. Other services and filters can operate separately.
Can the app see which calls were blocked?
It does not receive a history of blocked calls. iOS applies the number list provided by the extension.
How do I restore my purchase?
Use Restore Purchases in Stop 400 with the same Apple account used to buy it. Apple verifies transactions.
